CUTTING & GALVANIZATION
The first step in the production of a vinyl record is to cut the audio signal onto a lacquer. Once this lacquer is cut, it goes for galvanic treatment/plating. Then, the lacquer is sent through a chemical and electrical treatment which obtains the vinyl stampers.
PRESSING & PRINTING
Before proceeding with the pressing stage, the system is prepared to give the best results in each of its phases. For example, deep cleaning the extruder which controls the colour of the vinyl. The vinyl stampers are placed in the press. A heated PVC pellet is put into the press with the vinyl labels. Once complete, the record is stabilised to ensure the best results during the listening phase. Printing of sleeves, labels, and inserts is carried out by an eco responsible printer, working exclusively on offset machines.
